Hi all,

I¹m having a very hard time with Entourage ;(

This morning I started it and it began syncronising with my
Exchange-account. After a while I became suspicious because it was quite
some time and the little rainbow-cirlce was still at work.
So I forced Entourage to quit.

After restarting it, some of my folders were missing I even tried my
webmail to see if they were still on the server, but nope.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue? The folders lost are really the
important ones all my work related mails and so... (no further backup).

I really appreciate your help!

Ypurs

Hi Patrick!

Open a web browser and connect to your account via Outlook Web Access.
In OWA click the Options button and then scroll to the bottom of the
window to recover deleted items. If you don't find them there then
you'll have to have your Exchange Server administrator restore them for
you.

Hope this helps! bill

You don't see them on WebMail?? That's bad....
It might be time to see with the network admins if they have a backup.
I've only ever seen this one when we had a server problem here (some
corruption on the server I believe).
