Exchange Server won't accept username / password from Entourage Client

Hi all...
I have 4 users with the same problem as follows:
Macs running OS 10.4.8, Entourage v11.2.5

They have all been able to authenticate to the corporate Exchange
Server without any problems until last week. No known changes have
been made to the Server, although I can't be certain of this. Each of
these Mac users also has a Dell running Windows XP Pro in their cubes
and they have no problem connecting.

They are required to change their passwords monthly which they do on
the PC and then connect with the Macs. This hasn't been a problem
until recently.

Is this "old" information being cached or stored on the local machine?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance....

Olifer

Are these users connecting to the Exchange server through webmail
access or through a VPN? I have been also having problems using
Entourage and and Exchange server, although different than this. On my
end changes aresynced TO Entourage, but no chances are synced FROM
Entourage.

This was also working normally until last week. I hope we can find an
answer soon or their is little need for Entourage for people like me.

Sometimes, the entry in the keychain becomes corrupted. Launch the
Keychain Access application and use the Keychain First Aid command to
try and repair problems.
If it doesn't work, try to delete the entry that corresponds to your
Exchange account (ther is Exchange in the name).
The entry will then be re-created from scratch by Entourage.
Hopefully that will correct the problem,

Corentin
