These instructions were written for Entourage 2004 but still apply to
Entourage 2008:

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server at work"

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server from Home"

Outlook and Entourage are two completely different products (with two
different names!) so you're not going to see anything exactly the same
between them.

We can be of more assistance to you if you post specific questions
about specific features you are having difficulty with. There are many
things that Outlook does that Entourage either does differently, or
simply not at all.

I have to be connected to my VPN to get exchange server mail. So I connect
but the IP address 10.0.1.252 which is where my exchange server is doesn't
respond. On my PC I can go ping the address it exists on my MAC it does
not. Also the mx1.phyllisbrowning.msft address for exchange server says it
is not a good address even though I know it is. Thanks for all the help!
