I have Entourage X synching with SBS2k3 Exchange. All of my account folders
synchronize, include a private calendar and private contacts and a public
calendar and contacts folder. The folders appear in the left hand pane of
Entourage, and I can view the calendar / contact entries, but they look like
email messages. I'd like them to appear in my graphical calendar.

How do I get the messages from the folders into my personal Entourage
calendar?

How do I get the contacts from the folder into my Entourage contacts?

Thanks,

Dave

Sorry, Entourage can't display public contact and calendar folders.

Your private calendar events and contacts should appear in the Entourage
Address Book and Calendar, respectively.

Tip: On the exchange server IIS interface. Make sure in properties of the
default web site, on the Web Site tab, "HTTP keep-alives enabled" is
checked. Once this is done, all Entourage clients free/busy info is updated
and can schedule appointments seeing user data on exchange.

Also, see
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exup_entx.html#exup13>

If #1 is the case, see note #15 for the resolution. Also, make sure your
Exchange Server and Free/Busy Server are entered correctly in your account
settings. You might want to try adding /public/ to the end of the Free/Busy
server entry.

I've tried adding "/public" to the end of the server name, and I've checked
the server's setting, and "http keep alives" is enabled. I have SSL disabled
on both ends. This is SBS 2003, if it matters.

Any other ideas?

I can go to each event in the private calendar folder and "Accept" it into
my regular calendar. I just can't dump all the entries into the calendar
automatically. I don't know what to do with the contacts, though.

Is there a primer on setting up the SBS free/busy server? I'm thinking
that's the problem.
