Exchange Synch Problem

I have just synched my Entourage 2008 with my Exchange 2003 server at work.
The calendar synchs perfectly but I get no contacts or e-mail. It appears to
be synching but nothing appears in these folders. I have seen on the web
where others have had this issue but I found no solutions. Any ideas?

Upgrade your Entourage to the latest available version.

Launch Entourage and click on help on the top and select "check for updates"
