Exchange: synchronize only specific folders

Guys,

I've recently upgraded from Entourage X to Entourage 2004 just to
improve the Exchange support but I'm really disappointed to find out
that there are still lots of issues.

In particular, I can't believe there is no way to synchronize only
specific folders! My mailbox is quite big (several GBs) but I need to
synchronize only a few folders with stuff I need to bring with me when
I'm traveling. Is there a workaround or an upgrade to solve this issue?
