Hi All
Our company was planning to store each mail message from a customer in their own folder, so we can always look at past conversations. However as we may have more than 3 customer service staff each with their own copy of Outlook, we can't have all messages going to one machine so I believe Exchange would have to be used
If exhange is used to store the messages on the server, does that mean the individual customer service staff can't have folders with the messages, or are the folders on exchange
Consequently is it possible to set up a script of some sort to create these folders automatically on exchange, if necessary. In addition can we restrict emails starting with a to e to one customer service person, and f to i to another e.t.c. e.t.c
