Exchange2000/Entourage2008 calendar sync not working

Events I enter in Entourage 12.1.2 aren¹t syncing to Exchange 2000 or vice
versa. Only Exchange meeting requests that I accept in Entourage are
recorded correctly. Is this a known issue? We run Exchange 2000 due to a
limitation with a workflow application.

This is not normal behavior even with Exchange Server 2000.

Use Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... and set up your account again.
Does the problem occur in a new identity?

Look at these two different ways of connecting to Exchange:

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server at work"
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server from Home"
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeathome.html>

Determine which you're using and then try the other method.
