Exchanging Entourage address book between Macs

Hi,

I have a Powerchip iMac G5 and recently bought a intel based MacBook Pro. I
would like to copy my addresbook in Entourage from the iMac to the MacBook,
but don't know how to do it. Migration assistant crashed the first time and
since then I cannot get the MacBook to recognise the iMac, even when the
firewire sign is on the screen of the iMac. I can establish a network
connection (wireless) between the two or copy files on disk, but don't know
which file to use (I am a recently converted former PC User)

Would also be useful if I could isync Entourage to my .Mac account?

Thanks for any help

Just copy the entire "microsoft User Data" folder from you documents folder
to the same place on the new machine. This will move everything over.

If you are running Office 2004 (with latest updates) then you can do this as
well - there is an option in the prefs to turn on syncing of contacts. Turn
this on on both machines and wait a while. On the original machine, set
"entourage overwrites iSync", and on the new machine, set "iSync ovewrites
Entourage" as the initial sync conditions
