Exclusive Junk Mail filter is now working

Yipee. By deleting all my junk mail rules, I got the "Exclusive"
filter working. I'm junk mail FREE.

Sandra, I too have the same issue where my Entourage "Exclusive" settin
is not working and allowing nearly all junk mail through. I saw
previous article that suggested deleting the cache but that failed.

How exactly did you delete all your junk mail rules? I never create
any and to my knowledge I only have the 4 selections provided with th
software. Can you tell me how you did it?
