Exhange Rules are not working

I recently upgraded to Office for Mac 2008 with Exchange Server Support. The installation and upgrade worked beautifully. However, all the messages that I receive go into the Inbox of my Exchange Server and the billion (being funny) rules I have made are not being recognized. Am I missing something? What do I need to tweak to allow the Exchange Rules to work. I would hate like heck to have to recreat 'one-by-one' each and every rule!

When you created your Rules, were they under the Mail (POP) tab or the Mail
(Exchange) tab.

You will need to reset each rule destination folder. All the target folder
IDs will have changed in the upgrade of your identity to 2008 and this may
well have broken the association with the folder.
