Hi all,
We recently had our exchange5.5 (sp6) go down, I use power tools to
recover the emails and contacts. The email worked fine, but when I view the
properties of a contact in the address book ( not global ) then I get the
error message
an invalid entryID was pass in, I tried then to export the address list to
a csv, and then import it again in the hopes that it would recreate the
entryID. but alas, I cannot delete these items from the address book, it
acts like it deleted them, but they are still there. I have 50 users wanting
me to fix this, any help would GREATLY be appreciated. Thanks
