Expaning a word document in Access 2007 using an attachment

I would like to include a Word document in an Access 2007 database and expand
the Word document in an Access report. So, I include the attachment in a
table and put that field into the report but only the Word document icon is
display. Can you display the contents of the Word document in the Access
2007 report?
