"Expected Space not found" when sync'ing

Our Exchange server started using Exchange Server 2003 so we're finally able
to use Entourage (versus Outlook 2001 in Classic). Now we are sync'ing all
the emails form the server, but it appears that there's some kind of
corrupted or mangled emails that keep throwing an error ("Expected SPACE not
found"). How can I find which emails are causing the problem?

We still can use Outlook 2001 to fix the emails once we can figure out which
ones are causing the problem.

BTW, the users with this problem are using Entourage X, I'm using the 2004
Test Drive. Does 2004 version prevent this problem?

Thanks
Sent using the Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac Test Drive.

"12. SPACE not found - If you get an IMAP error saying something like
'Expected SPACE not found' then make sure none of your folder names have odd
characters in them (such as a back slash or a quote mark)."

So, change the names of folders with special characters to avoid the error.
I don't know whether the incompatibility has been corrected in 2004; if
you're not seeing the problem, it would seem likely.
