Export birthdays from Express to Outlook

I want to move ALL data in my Outlook Express address book into
Microsoft Outlook.

I used the Outlook import function to bring the Express address book
date directly into Outlook. However, the birthday data is not included
in the import from the Express - those fields remain empty in Outlook
although the names and email address have imported correctly. Also,
the birthday field data does not show up in a csv export - in fact, the
choice to export the birthday field is not available in the check list
of fields to be exported from Express.

I'm guessing that other fields in the "Personal" data area are also not
imported properly.

Does anybody know how to insure that ALL fields from the Express WAB
file will be imported into the corresponding fields in Outlook? Or is
there a way to export ALL Express personal data to a csv file?
