What is best way to export Contact from Excel or CSV that have birthdays
(dates).

When matching the Excel BIRTHDAY field to the Outlook BIRTHDAY field, on the
Excel side F1 appears instead of the birthday, indicating it will not show up
as a date. The same thing happens with telephone numbers and zip codes.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
