Export contacts to *.ctt file

Hi there,
I've got a few hundreds of contacts in my outlook adresbook. I'd like to
import them into MSN Messenger. Unfortunatelly, MSN Messenger accepts only
files in th *.ctt format. Is there a function or a free/shareware to convert
Outlook contacts into ctt format? Thanx for good advise.
