Export Entourage contacts as CSV (windows)

How can I export my contacts (Entourage X) as a CSV (Windows) file?

I need to import my contacts into a webmail application on my webserver.
Here is what it asks for:
To import contacts from Outlook: Export the contact as "Comma Separated Values
Windows".

Click "Map fields" and clear the field on the right, then add these from the
left field:

"Firstname", "Lastname", "Company", "Streetaddress, work", "City, work",
"State, work", "Zip, work", "Country, work", "Fax work", "Work", "Home",
"Celluar", "E-mail", "Homepage".

Then upload it through this page.

But I do not get such a choice at the Export Contacts dialog box. Other
advice has been to import the resulting text file into Excel, and SAVE AS a
CSV file. This gets me no joy either, as all the values end up in the NAME
field of the webmail¹s addressbook.

Any idea on how to export or convert Entourages Contacts so that they
conform to Outlook¹s ³Comma Separated Values Windows² format?

Did you really try "Save As CSV (Windows)" from the long list of Save As
formats in Excel? That's the one you need.

But you might still have problems.

Get my shareware scripts "Export-Import Entourage X". It has converters for
Outlook Windows-format CSV files exactly like that (aside from the fact that
most of those file names above have been mis-spelled). Do the conversion to
Outlook (I think you can safely choose Yahoo or Outlook Express from the
script: maybe Outlook Express, which has fewest fields.) Then open this .csv
file in Excel, remove the unwanted columns, and save again as CSV Windows.
