What's the best way to export data from Outlook 2004 (Windows) to Entourage?
I've tried a few ways and none have seemed totally satisfactory. For
instance, exporting my Outlook Contacts to a .csv file, then importing it
into Apple's Address Book and then exporting to a vCard file for Entourage
got all the names and MOST of the fields in, but Categories and Notes didn't
make it.
And I haven't even tried Calendar and Task items yet.
There's got to be a better way.
