Why are you asking this in the Entourage forum? There is an Excel forum:

When you repost, you might mention how you are exporting from QB, in
what file format, how you try to get that into Excel, what you expect to
happen, and what happens instead. That might enable people who don't
export from QB to Excel to help you anyhow. Otherwise, you'll likely
have to wait for a QB user to come along.
