Export/Import mail

Is it possible to export your profile (including all mail messages) in
Entourage 2004?

Before you ask, yes I did do the following:

File > Export

Which created a Mail Identity.rge file but when I went to import it my
mail messages were no where to be seen.

You can copy the database itself. This will have all your e-mails, your
settings, etc...

The database is located there:
/Users/<you>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities
