Export Mail Addresses to Entourage(Office)

Somehow I lost all entries in my Office address book. And I can't figure
out how to transfer the entries from my Mail address book to my Office
(Entourage, Word, etc) address book. Anybody know about a cool app that
might help me out?

There are several ways to import Address Book data into Entourage. The most
obvious solution (but still the most overlooked one) is the drag and drop
mathod. Open Entourage, switch to the Address Book view. Then open Apple's
Address Book, select all the addresses you want to import, and drag them
into Entourage. That's it. Note that a few fields might not get imported
properly, for instance home URLs might be displayed as work URLs, and I
don't think birthday dates can be imported. But apart from that, it should
work fine, since both Entourage and Address Book use the vCard format.
Another solution is Paul Berkowitz's collection of Applescripts, available
for Jaguar and Panther. You might want to try those if the first solution is
not working for you.

For the future, I suggest that you regularly back up you Microsoft User Date
folder, located in your Documents folder, since that makes it much easier to
retrieve lost data.
