how can I export my addresses from mail.app to entourage x ?

I think you must mean from Apple's Address Book.app? You can export as
vCards and then drag the .vcf files into Entourage. But you'll lose quite a
lot of fields, including some phone fields. It's really only good for name,
address, email address. Or you can get my Sync Entourage-Address Book script
at

which has [PANTHER] and [JAGUAR] versions. If you're in Panther, a one-time
import (and 14 days of syncing) is free.
