Export or copy rules from IMAP to Exchange?

I just upgraded to Entourage 2004 from Entourage X. When I went to my
Exchange Server Inbox, I noticed that it was not applying the rules I had
set up. When I tried to apply the rules manually, I noticed that there were
no rules to apply.

After a little bit of digging I discovered that the IMAP rules I had set up
under Entourage X were still there, but Entourage 2004 (apparently) no
longer uses IMAP to connect with Exchange Server.

My question is, how do I copy or export the IMAP rules to Exchange Server?

There is no way, unfortunately. Hopefully this feature will be implemented
in a future version of Entourage. Or, maybe rules will become scriptable so
this kind of feature can be written by a user, though that solution wouldn't
be as elegant.
