Export Query to .txt fixed width file - right align amount field

I need to export a .txt, fixed width file, which is to be imported into our
A/P system. I can get everything with the exception of the amount field to
format properly. The amount field is left-aligned, and it has to be
right-aligned to import into A/P. Any help would be appreciated.
