Export tracked changes to a new document

Hi folks,

When we file some of our documents with regulatory agencies they ask us to provide a tracked changes version and a summary of changes. My authors are wondering if there's a way to export the tracked changes from that version to assemble the summary of changes document. One of the authors swears she had a macro to do it at a previous company...
