Export Windows Address Book from a command Line

I use Outlook Express 6 on my home computer, and all of my contacts are
stored in the Windows Address Book (WAB). When I back up my computer,
I copy the WAB to the backup drive. Is there any way to export those
entries to a CSV file (or other common format) from a command line
option? I tried WAB /?, but it didn't show me anything useful.

Any ideas?
