Exporting a Microsoft Project file to XML format

Can you export a Microsoft Project file to XML format?
If yes, how is this done.

Project 2002 and presumably 2003 (which I haven't seen yet) can do this.
The schema for the XML file is documented in the file projxml.htm
provided with the product. The manual "how to" way is File/Save As ...
choose XML.

Don't know. Perhaps others can chime in. My hunch is that 2000
predates the wave of XML. You can always write your own XML schema if
this crucial.
