Exporting contact groups from Entourage

I am using Entourage v10.1.4 and I have a number of groups in my
address book that need to be exported to Mac's Address Book program.
These groups are comprised of email addresses that are not in my
address book. I know how to export contacts as vCards, but these
aren't real contacts. I plainly need the groups from Entourage Address
Book to become groups in Mac Address Book.
