Exporting contacts from Entourage 2004 to Address Book

I would like to backup my Entourage contacts using Apple's Address
Book. Since Address Book only supports contacts in a vCard format,
how do I export the Entourage contacts correctly? The only export
format option that I can find in Entourage is text.

Try the Apple Script button in the Adressbook menu. Use the option
import adresses en click on entourage. Good Luck (but still Entourage
is better way of managing your contacts)

I would like the other way round ;)
How can I import my adress book contacts into Entourage X ?

You can export one at a time to be a .vcf file and drag that into Entourage.
It seems that the multi-contact exports only import the first one.

To import all your contacts, with greater fidelity, you can use my Sync
Entourage-Address Book script from

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

It's free for two weeks so if this is just a one-way trip that will take
care of it. It also does regular synching.
