Go to File > Export Contacts to save your contacts as a tab delimited file.
Then, open Excel, and go to File > Open. Choose the file you created with
Entourage (you might need to select "Show all readable documents"), and
follow the wizard's instructions (it's delimited text with the tab being the
delimiter). Then, when it's open, go to File > Save As, and save it as a
CSV file. You might need to change the file extension to .csv manually.
If you're going to Outlook or Outlook Express, or don't have access to
Excel, you should consider using Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage"
script set, which automates this and a lot of other data conversion for use
with Outlook. You can get his scripts from ScriptBuilders @ MacScripter.
