Exporting Emails from Entourage 2004 to Windows XP Outlook

Can somebody please help to find out a way to export or transfer all
the e-mails, calendar, contact and related, to Windows Outlook xp or
2003 ?

I've tried a few applescripts but they don't seem to work at all.

Thank you for your prompt help.... as I am going NUTS with this problem.

Yeah I had the same problem. I finally wound up copying the Entourage
emails (which are saved in a standard ".eml" format into a folder, then
manually importing them into outlook. Painful, painful, painful. If you
ever figure out an easier way, I'd love to get in on the secret.
