Exporting Entourage contacts into gmail

I cannot seem to get my Entourage contacts into any form that gmail
can recognize. I have followed several online tutorials but no luck.
Can someone help me? I have Entourage 2004. Thanks!

I know I did it a while back, but then deleted them all when some accounts
got hacked. Seems you had to create a CSV file. See this page on how to
create one.
