Exporting Entourage Contacts to MAC address book

Can anyone please tell me how, or provide link, to export contacts
from Entourage to a Mac Address Book? Entourage does not make it
easy to export contacts. Thanks

Select the contacts in Entourage and drag them to the Mac OS X Address
Book window.

In fact you can also drag contacts from Entourage to the desktop and
vCard files will be created for them. But in this instance you are able
to drag directly to Address Book.
