exporting exel worksheet to ms outlook contact file and toword labels & envelopes

I have received a large data base in worksheet format that I cannot export to ms outlook even after repeated attempts with printed instructions. I recieve an error message stating that the ranges need names and are not "downloadable". Any assistanace is greatly appreciated.
I also managed to send the info to Word in lable format and, though I am able to see the information, I cannot print it.
