Can anyone tell me if it's possible to export addresses etc from
entourage 10.1.4. to the Apple address book? I reckon I'm just being
dumb.
Yes, it is possible. There are a few options.
(a) Drag contacts from the Entourage Address Book to the Desktop, and then
drag them into the Apple Address Book.
(b) Use Apple's "Import Addresses" script. Go to HD/Library/Scripts/Mail
Scripts, and launch the "Import Addresses" script. Click the "Run" button,
choose "Entourage", and choose to import "From Application".
(c) Use Paul Berkowitz's "Sync Entourage - Address Book" script ($10). It
allows you to synchronize your Entourage Address Book with the Apple Address
Book.
And is it possible to export from entourage via a memory stick to
outlook express on a separate PC? Or is there another way of doing it?
I don't know whether you can use a Memory Stick on the Mac. If you can, I
suppose it's possible. You can use Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import
Entourage" scripts to export your Entourage Address Book to Outlook Express.

That won't transfer mail. To transfer mail, you need to use an IMAP
account.
