exporting messages,contact ...

can someone tell me how do export messages, contact ... to pc ? i
tried several times so far i am not getting any where.

If you're going to Outlook or Outlook Express, try Paul Berkowitz's
"Export-Import Entourage" script package.

You can transfer mail to any IMAP-capable e-mail program using an IMAP
account.
