Exporting Rules

I have asked this before, and it has been answered "NO" - can Entourage
Rules be exported for other Entourage clients to import and reuse.

Does anyone know whether it would even be possible, via a plug-in or an
applescript, to make this happen, even though the native capabilities of
Entourage do not allow it?

Can Microsoft even be bothered to add this feature? Where would I make a
formal request?

You can send feedback to the developers on this issue. Use the last menu
item under the 'Help' menu - "Send Feedback on Entourage". This message will
go directly to the developers. The more people that request this feature the
more likely it is to be implemented.
