Exporting selected email addresses to Evite

Entourage 2004 11.3.3

I want to export selected email addresses per the directions on the
Evite website. Using the Export wizard, I can only export all my
addresses, not a selected catagory. Is there a way to do this? If not,
it's a major cut and paste into a spreadsheet headache.

Under File --> Export select to export as an archive. Select bullet item
³Items that are in the category (select from popup) Uncheck all but Local
contacts.
