Exporting single message from Outlook Express

Hi There

i want to export a single email message from outlook
express and then i want to import this message to outlook
express installed on another machine.

plz tell me the way to transfer single message from
machine A to machine B outlook express.

i don't want to forward message from A to B.

On machine A: in OE create a new folder for this message. Copy the message
into the folder.
Close OE
In Windows Explorer copy the OE folder you have created onto Floppy or
whatever.

On machine B: Open OE and create a folder with EXACTLY the same name as the
one you created on machine A. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN IT.
Close OE.
In Windows Explorer, copy the folder you created on machine A into your OE
mail store folder. When asked if you want to overwrite, say "yes"
Open OE. The folder should be there with your message in it.

All this trouble for ONE message?
