Exporting to Excel

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to export journal entries to an excel file...
Everything works when I use the Import Export wizard
except that no information gets transferred from the
ContactName field.

There must be a problem because ContactName is one of the
default fields in the Map Custom Fields tab.

All of my Contact Names have been checked and underlined,
so Outlook knows they're there.

Any help would be appreciated.
