Extended Desktop Issues

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

When I was running Office 2004, I was able to move Entourage onto the extended display, and the program functioned well.

Ever since 2008 came out, every time I try this approach (after each successive update) when I try to respond to an email or compose a new email, I get a weird blank box on the extended.

Anyone else had this issue, or know if MS plans on fixing it ever?

What do you mean by Extended display?? You mean a second monitor
attached to your Mac or some other sort of option (like Spaces for
instance)??
