Extra line breaks in incoming plain text messages

Hello.

I'm using Outlook 2003. Sometimes when someone sends me a message, it ends
up being double-spaced. When I switch to Outlook Express (using the same
mail server), the problem disappears.

Am I the only one who is experiencing this?
