Extra test page included when published

In setting up IIS on my computer, I quickly made a test
web and published it on my IIS. Now I made the "real" web
site and when I went to publish, it combined my test page
with my real web and I see a button to my test page. What
is the best way to remove that? The html file for the test
page is gone but seeing the link to it still exists.

go to navigation view, find the offending pages box right click it and
select delete.
