extra video effect opening Access files

when opening a 192 meg Access file I get an addidtional
effect of a small thing the size of the toolbox menu -
this little effect holds an image of part of any
previously opened document - e-mail me and I can send
screenshots - moved the database and files to local
system from network and still same effect - also same
thing with some smaller files
