Extracting addresses from a DL

Is there a way to have a DL open and extract the email addresses from that
into your outlook contacts as individual cards?

Open the DL, click File>Save As, specify "Text Only (.txt)" as the "Save as
type", give it a name and click OK. Now, open that file in Excel and save
it as a comma-sparated values file (CSV). Import that file into an
Outlook's contacts folder.
