Extracting Binaries?

Probably been asked before, but I can't find an answer, so I ask - Is there
a way to extract binaries from newsgroups within Entourage? Other than
getting the text file and using Binhex and such. Too much hassle. With
hogwasher, it automatically puts all pieces together for you and then you
can save it. Does Entourage do such a thing?
