fail to initialize

Hi, everytime I try to get on outlook or any other office
2003 program I get this message "The application failed
to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to
terminate the application." the support website says it
is an error from sp1 installation and just restart
computer to fix the problem but of course this does no
good. does anyone have a real solution to this
headache? thanks.
