Failed to determine local cache information from Office Source Eng

Meltdown

I am unable to use "Detect and Repair", use the to repair, or make auto
updates to my Office 2003. It keeps giving me "Installation Failed" and the
error messages listed in the Subject line.

Any help would be great. Thanks in Advanced.
