Failed to register a VB Script DLL.

I'm getting the following messege when I try to open outlook 2007 on windows
vista:
"Failed to register a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run Regsvr32.exe
Vbscript.dll to self register. An error occurred while creating a form.

How can I fix this problem?????
I already tried renaming "frmcache.dat" to "frmcache.old" and it didn't work.

Any suggestions?
